If you’re coming to Puerto Rico for the Bad Bunny tour, you might want to make a stop at Plaza Las Américas—because yes, there’s an official Bad Bunny merch store inside the mall! 😱
I had no idea this even existed until recently, so of course I had to check it out—and hoy te llevo conmigo.
📍 Where is the store?
You’ll find it inside Plaza Las Américas in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on the first floor near JOURNEYS and infront of Kokomo (look for the line—trust me, you won’t miss it). This store opened on 7/15/25 and will be open till September (I am assuming till the last concert date, but don’t quote me).
🕒 Hours + Wait Time
The store is open from 11AM–8PM Tuesday – Sunday, but people start lining up as early as 9AM. I got there around 10:40AM and waited for about 40 minutes before getting in. Update: as of August 2025 rules have changed and there is only ONE hour that is open to the public, 10am-11am. I would get there at 9am if you are serious about going to the MERCH line.
🎟 Do I need tickets?
Nope! The merch store is separate from the Bad Bunny Immersive Experience, so no ticket required. Just be ready to wait a bit, especially on weekends.
💸 What do they sell?
The store has:
- T-shirts, hoodies, and hats, pins, record DISC, disposable camera
- Exclusive designs you won’t find online
📌 All shirts are in men’s sizes, so plan accordingly!
💳 Payment Info
They take cash and card, but heads up: no returns or exchanges, so choose wisely!

This is a completely separate setup from the merch store and you absolutely MUST get tickets ahead of time!
🎟 It’s FREE, but spots are limited and guided by time slots. The whole experience is led by a host and takes you through 5 themed sections inspired by Bad Bunny’s world.

It’s located in a different part of the mall from the merch line
