Getting to explore Kazakhstan on a hosted press trip with Visit Zhetysu was an experience I’ll never forget.
From paragliding for the FIRST time in my life to white-water rafting and exploring the sand dunes, I got to experience a side of the world that completely surprised me.
These are the kinds of adventures that remind me why I started This Latina Travels: to explore beyond the familiar, share stories that inspire, and encourage more women of color to see themselves in every corner of the world.
I recently shared this message in a piece of content: “You’re the eldest daughter who decided to see the world, not just take care of everyone in it.” And honestly, THAT is exactly why this trip meant so much to me.
